Out of hours service
If you need to see a GP for an urgent medical problem and you cannot wait until the next normal surgery, please telephone 111.
The service provided will depend on the problem and includes telephone advice, attending a primary care centre in Ashford Hospital, or a home visit. Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
